And what did I see there?<\/p>\n<p>Frogs!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/frog1.jpg\" title=\"frog1.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/frog1.jpg\" alt=\"frog1.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/frog2.jpg\" title=\"frog2.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/frog2.jpg\" alt=\"frog2.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/frog3.jpg\" title=\"frog3.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/frog3.jpg\" alt=\"frog3.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Further on, toward the eastern end of the rail, I stopped at a bird blind.  I didn&#8217;t really see any birds near it, but I did spot a dragonfly on a rock, and got at least one good picture:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/dragonfly.jpg\" title=\"dragonfly.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/dragonfly.jpg\" alt=\"dragonfly.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And then on the way back, I saw this family in the marsh:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/duckfamily.jpg\" title=\"duckfamily.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.seakingdom.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/duckfamily.jpg\" alt=\"duckfamily.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Coming soon: hiking pictures, with hawks!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On a recent bike ride along the Norwattuck Rail Trail, I rode all the way to the swampy portion in the East part of Amherst.
